To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delays are inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
If you have an emergency during our regular hospital hours, please come in immediately. So that we can be prepared for your arrival, please call us before coming or while you're en route!
For your convenience, drop-off appointments are available. A 'drop-off' appointment means you can bring your pet in the morning and leave him/her with us. Your pet will be examined and, if necessary, treated between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. As soon as the veterinarian is done, you will be called to go over the diagnosis and to give you discharge instructions.
For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date.
Dog Leashes & Cat Carriers
Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. We would therefore love to give you a leash for your dog if you don't have yours with you. We would be happy to give you a cardboard cat carrier to use until your cat picks out their very own from the pet store.
